Amerivest Equity Partners Help Businesses Achieve Needed Funding Through Strategic Funds

Given the constraints of the present world credit markets, and ever-changing economic factors that affect both the public and private sectors today, many companies are having difficulty raising funds for necessary restructuring or expansion.

Amerivest GroupMichigan-based Amerivest Group, whose professional associates and management team have nearly three decades experience in working with entities in a diverse range of industries, approached the issue by adding equity services to its Turnkey Solutions.

“Understanding this potential roadblock for fine companies with otherwise great products, services, management and business plans, we’ve put our clients on notice, in a way,” says Amerivest Group founder and CEO Brian Palmer, who possesses executive-level experience and accomplishments in real estate development, construction management, manufacturing, emerging technologies, venture capital formation and related financing.

“We have embraced a private equity capital capability that will only be employed for Amerivest’s own clients, and future partners.  However, we ask our clients to prove that their organizations can successfully deploy fresh capital to benefit all parties. Then, our job is to help deliver it.”

Private equity solutions.  In accessing sources of capital, Amerivest Group leverages many significant private sector relationships and banking relationships.  These include private equity sources “beyond the bounds” of Wall Street that are seeking long-term candidates for the deployment of private equity.

Such private equity sources, Palmer explains, are looking for entities that have the vision and financial tenacity to compete in an ever-changing world; ones that are determined to achieve their organizational objectives while providing due consideration for ethical and socially responsible goals.

“In support of our private entities initiative, Amerivest Group is also looking to launch strategic funds, organized under our Amerivest Limited Partnership division, designed, in particular, to target high-growth emerging technology companies,” adds Palmer, who is also active in philanthropic and civic affairs, both nationally and in Michigan, where he served in the State House of Representatives (36th District) from 2002 to 2008.  During that time, Palmer served four years as Majority Whip and, also, chaired the House Education Committee for four years.

Macomb County Business Leader Brian Palmer Helps The Less Fortunate Keep Warm With Donation Of Blankets

Partnering with MCREST to aid the homeless.

mcrest-162x50In this coldest of Michigan winters, one Macomb County, Michigan business leader is helping the homeless and less fortunate by donating blankets to the Macomb County Rotating Emergency Shelter Team (MCREST).

So far, Brian Palmer has personally donated nearly 70 blankets, valued at least $35 each, to MCREST, a coalition of area congregations that provide homeless and displaced individuals the opportunity for successful transition to independence.  Each year through MCREST, approximately 90 congregations provide nearly 20,000 shelter nights and more than 60,000 meals, in addition to personal, medical and vocational support.

A Romeo, Michigan resident, Palmer is founder and CEO of Michigan-based Amerivest LLC, an executive management solutions team focused on strategic acquisitions and technology synergy.

“Those of us more fortunate in life must have faith in our fellow human beings and the commitment to help with basic needs as they restructure their lives, families and careers,” says Palmer, who served in the State House of Representatives (36th District) from 2002 to 2008.  In the House, Palmer served as the Chairman of the Education Committee for four years, and was a ranking majority member of the House Commerce Committee and the House Tax Policy Committee.

Palmer is also the founder and president of the Blessed Virgin Mary Foundation (BVM Foundation), a Michigan 501c3 nonprofit group, founded in 1995 to provide charitable services, including in education. For the remainder of the cold weather season, Palmer and the BVM Foundation are pledged to provide another 10-15 blankets each week to MCREST.

Amerivest Group’s Turnkey Solutions Hand Firms The “Keys To Their Future”

Certainly, an essential for under-performing companies or those looking to reach that next level of market penetration, sales and profitability is to have every one “on the same page.”  Thus, when selecting business improvement consultants, it is valuable to choose a firm that can offer comprehensive, “turnkey” services.

amerivest_logoThe professional associates and management team at Amerivest Group have nearly three decades experience in working with entities in a diverse range of industries. They are ready to provide full-service business solutions, whether a business is concerned about survival, in need of a turnaround or restructure, seeking to access international markets, or at the crossroads of expanding.

“Amerivest will provide management support to organizations that require tried and tested management expertise in order to deal with their immediate issues and problems, or to prepare for and pursue unique opportunities,” says Amerivest Group founder and CEO Brian Palmer, who possesses executive-level experience and accomplishments in real estate development, construction management, manufacturing, emerging technologies, venture capital formation and related financing.

Step one. Every engagement begins with Amerivest Group establishing a relationship with an organization’s Board of Directors and Executive management in order to establish goals and objectives.  This is done in a time frame that is both realistic and fits the entity’s circumstances and demands.

Next, Amerivest Group will work with operating personnel and all levels of management in order to finalize the restructure and/or turnaround strategy.  In doing so, Amerivest Group draws on the operational efficiency expertise of its principals and consultants to help re-invent an organizational operating plan that will increase efficiency, reduce cost and expense, and enhance excellence at all business levels.

The key to success, Palmer stresses, is Amerivest Group’s ability to merge its team with a company’s employees, staff, and management, forging a synergistic approach to restructuring business operations.

“By combining our operations team, seasoned management associates, expertise in working with government, and bringing the necessary financial resources to the table, the resulting synergy is only limited by our combined imagination,” adds Palmer, who is also active in philanthropic and civic affairs, both nationally and in Michigan, where he served in the State House of Representatives (36th District) from 2002 to 2008.  During that time, Palmer served four years as Majority Whip and, also, chaired the House Education Committee for four years.

eMerivest Division Of Amerivest Group Helps Entrepreneurs Explode Into Exciting E-Commerce Domain

“The Internet is an entrepreneur’s dream,” says Brian Palmer, founder and CEO of Michigan’s Amerivest Group and its eMerivest e-commerce affiliate.

If you’ve thought about becoming an entrepreneur, or you’re looking at your existing economic world quaking and shaking, if you no longer see a bright future in a big organization, if you’re worried about your financial outlook, if you long for something different or more lucrative, consider becoming an infopreneur, says Palmer, who possesses executive-level experience and accomplishments in real estate development, construction management, manufacturing, emerging technologies, venture capital formation and related financing.

The appeals of today’s e-commerce environment, according to Palmer and author Wayne Van Dyck, founder and principal of Six Degrees Media in Sausalito, CA, include:
•    You get to be your own boss.
•    You can work anywhere.
•    You don’t need much capital. Info businesses can be launched on a shoestring and throw off capital instead of consuming it. The only significant capital you’ll need is the intellectual capital you create by learning how to exploit these new technologies.
•    You can start in your spare time and at your own pace. You can start slowly and maintain your nine-to-five gig while you learn the ropes and develop the confidence and income to make the big leap to independence.
•    You don’t need employees. All the specialized talent, skills, and help you’ll require can be hired over the Internet, on a contract basis. There’s no overhead or burn rate to keep you up at night.

“While the Internet has become pervasive in our lives, from online banking to social networks, there are still tremendous opportunities in e-commerce. It’s all about finding a niche and appealing to the wants of specialized interest groups,” adds Palmer, who in addition to managing the Amerivest Group of business consultants is also active in philanthropic and civic affairs, both nationally and in Michigan, where he served in the State House of Representatives (36th District) from 2002 to 2008 and chaired its Education Committee for four years.

Amerivest Group’s Brian Palmer Helps Firms Reach That “Next Level” Of Efficiency And Sales

In today’s intensely competitive global economy, standing still virtually equates to “falling behind.”  Thus, even profitable companies must constantly re-examine their operations, management, sales and marketing in order to find new or expanded markets for their product or service in order to drive revenues and profitability.

amerivest_logoMichigan’s Amerivest Group has nearly three decades experience in working with entities in a diverse range of industries to achieve these goals. The process begins with an analysis of operational efficiency, says Amerivest Group founder and CEO Brian Palmer, who possesses executive-level experience and accomplishments in real estate development, construction management, manufacturing, emerging technologies, venture capital formation and related financing.

A proven process.  The Amerivest team utilizes methodologies to both improve operational performance and increase the income-making capabilities of an organization by focusing on excellence, and deploying innovative technology to enhance both sales and customer service.

In doing so, the Amerivest Group team will conduct complete full due diligence regarding an organization’s human resources, product, service & technological resources, as well as its financial resources, both historically and presently available.

This analysis identifies the stumbling blocks to improved sales and revenues, whether they exist in management, operations, financing structure or resource utilization.  Next, Amerivest Group consultants will integrate these identified factors and its operational analysis to formulate several recommended strategies for the company’s restructure and redeployment of resources.  As necessary, Amerivest Group will recommend innovative operating resources, management tools, as well as marketing and sales strategies, which will be integral to the proposed process improvement.

“Our advisers achieve a customized operational improvement strategy for each company we work with, matching capabilities and resources with intended markets,” adds Palmer, who is also active in philanthropic and civic affairs, both nationally and in Michigan, where he served in the State House of Representatives (36th District) from 2002 to 2008 and chaired its Education Committee for four years.

“More than ever, the success of a business depends on the right strategic direction and the ability to execute and deliver on key milestones,” says Amerivest Group founder and CEO Brian Palmer, who possesses executive-level experience and accomplishments in real estate development, construction management, manufacturing, emerging technologies, venture capital formation and related financing.

Finding the Right Strategy.  Palmer adds that Amerivest Group is uniquely positioned to provide an array of capabilities to review or design strategic initiatives. Amerivest Group can draw on an experienced and seasoned group of consultant executives who have “been there and done that.” This group employs a well-tested process to help each stakeholder in an entity bring its strength and ability to the company.  Moreover, in many cases, Amerivest Group can enable or expedite access to increasingly important international markets and provide targeted access to government agencies, lobbyists, and regulatory forums.

In helping companies formulate the “Right Strategy,” Amerivest Group can also assist with the measurement and assessment of operational effectiveness and aid them in reducing expenses, while simultaneously improving the quality of their services and customer support.

“We help position each new initiative to deliver the maximum benefit in the shortest time.
